Crafted from 100% cotton denim, Sumaq Chaki features a contemporary wide-leg silhouette that balances structure, volume, and movement. Its defined waistband contrasts with the relaxed drape of the leg, creating proportions that feel both refined and effortlessly modern.
The light medium-blue wash brings brightness to the fabric while enhancing the visual richness of the indigo. Side slits at the hem introduce fluidity to movement and add a sense of lightness to the overall silhouette.
Its distinctive character lies in the balance between traditional denim construction and a more open, refined interpretation of form. Thoughtfully executed tailoring details, interior finishes, and garment structure reflect a meticulous attention to craftsmanship, materiality, and wearability. Designed to transcend seasons, this piece adapts naturally to a variety of personal styles and ways of dressing.

Sumaq Chaki is part of a limited-edition production developed under principles of longevity, craftsmanship, and conscious design. Each garment combines specialized denim construction techniques with handcrafted interventions that bring individuality and character to every piece.
As part of the Threads of Memory collection, this style is connected to the Creando Futuro educational program, developed in collaboration with students from the Fashion Technical Program at Carlos Ramírez París Educational Institution. Through art, design, and textile experimentation, participants were introduced to real-world creative processes and product development practices.
The visible variations inherent to its creation are part of the garment’s authenticity and reflect the human touch present throughout every stage of its development.
We recommend avoiding consecutive-day wear to allow the fibers to naturally recover their structure and texture.
